Shipping Information

SHIPPING: If you order items that are currently in stock, they will be shipped out within 3 days of order processing. If you are placing a custom order, there is a lead time of approximately 3 weeks, pending any special fabrics or hardware that need to be special ordered.

We ship through USPS via first class mail, with delivery confirmation, which allows you to track your order through the tracking number provided.

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.00

We do not currently ship internationally.

Once your purchase is made and your items are ready to ship, you will receive tracking information through Paypal. Shipping information is pulled from the information you enter in Paypal at the time of your purchase, so please confirm all shipping information is accurate and correct before placing your final order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please note that in recent months it has been taking the USPS a little longer for shipping due to increased mail volumes.

1.  When tracking your package, if it is marked as “Delivered”, but you did not receive it or believe it might be lost, you must contact your Post Master at your local post office.

2. If, for some reason, your package is returned to me, I will contact you directly to get a new mailing address.

Please visit www.usps.com for any questions about your package once it has been shipped, and use the tracking number provided to you through Paypal.

Please email me at llepore@bayberry-classics.com if you have a concern about your order.. Every product is handmade. We pride ourselves in quality handmade products. All items are sold and mailed out in top quality condition with no damages. We do not accept returns at this time.
